Rachel Dines loves sharing her passion for all things French and international with students. She started teaching at Cambridge when it opened in 2012 and loves this school and community. A resident of Milton, Ms. Dines has three children in Fulton County Schools and a great husband who tolerates her French fixation with good humor. Ms. Dines holds a B.A. in English with minors in French and Secondary Education from Milligan College. Her M.A. in French Language and Literature is from the University of Notre Dame, and she completed PhD coursework at Indiana University in French Literature. Studies abroad include a semester in England and summers in France--in Grenoble and the region of Brittany. In addition to co-sponsoring the French Honor Society, Ms. Dines also established and directs the exchange program with the Lycée Vilgénis in the Paris region. In her free time, Ms. Dines enjoys camping, reading, hiking, baking, and working with the youth at Alpharetta First Baptist Church. Fun fact: Ms. Dines once backpacked across Europe with friends, visiting 9 countries in 30 days.
